News:
1. A few dozen sheets of the WIG 1:100,000 map, to complement
existing sheets (new scans come in full resolution, replace poor quality
scans already available, or show sheet editions previously not available),
2. There are two German 1:25,000 sheets from WW1 (Gruppe Pinsk)
3. one double-sided German map, most probably a field edition dating back
to the beginning of the German invasion on the Soviet Union: (1:100,000 –
N-36-II West Beloj and 1:300,000,
X57 Rshew)
4. A large German overview map (Übersichtskarte Skandinavien-Süd)
dated end of 1941, which also covers north Germany and Pommerania /
Pommern,
5. From the good people of the stareplanymiast.pl
(old town plans), from the Warsaw Archive of Modern Records,
we have received another 6 (variants) of Włocławk town plans
from 1920s, plus, from a
private collection, an interesting German town plan of Rzeszów (Reichshof)
dated 1944.
6. There's also a new publication, albeit interesting only for those who
can read Polish - Inż H. BagiÅ„ski, „Studja terenu i metoda opisu krajuâ€
(Terrain studies and the method of land-description dated 1924, which came
with a
large map of north-eastern Poland (currently Lithuania
and Belarus), by the apprentices of the WIG school of map drawing.
