Post-WWII Variants
A variant produced in communist Poland, from 1946 onwards by WIG Sztabu Generalnego (WIG by the General Staff). These sheets were not too different, apart from the change of borders, of course, but they were cut along different lines. In the hard-line communist times of 1950s, the series was continued, reverting somewhat to the pre-WW2 international index system, but the sheets to the east, such as Lwow, Vilnius and Kaunas are based on Soviet, pre- and post-WW2 maps. The interactive index sheet (Mapster interface) is here.

We only have odd sheets, but this is something they "should" have full coverage of at Greifswald uni. I will ask when I visit them (early Feb.).

Hi, What are the chances of you getting KDR 1:100 000 coverage for the western half of Germany post WWI? Or another map set that shows the administrative boundaries down to the Kreis level? Thanks!

Thank you Markez. Cheers, John Grin
