My apologies for the VERY late reply. First - bad news. We don't have these maps and I can't promise we will have them. We know where to get them, but the place doesn't have a large format scanner and there is no print(scan) shop in that city. We _are_ trying to resolve this problem, but there is no quick solution which I could promise, I'm afraid.
Good news... well, if you haven't checked it yet, please go to the "other maps" link (to the left of the website, then click on "town & city plans". One of them is a German plan of Wilno and Wilejka from 1940, based on pre-ww2 Polish WIG maps (1:25 000).
